Goals for 2015?

Oftentimes our New Year's resolutions are outwardly focused and we are defeated before February arrives.... when in fact, our goals should be zoomed inwardly and manageable.... For example, it is a great goal to want to lose weight, whether it is 15 pounds or 50, but consider this... how about setting a goal to live a healthier lifestyle by exercising and eating right, for just 30 days... ? Guess what... after thirty days, you will have developed good habits,... you will continue to live healthy, and the weight will work itself out, and over time you see outward reflection of the inward change, and you will proud of the long lasting result....


..... Have you taken time for serious introspection to plan for you in 2015 to be better than the you 2014? Do you have a mission statement for personal development in 2015? Are there ways you can make the life of others better? Do you have dreams you want to see some true?


For me... I purpose to be a better mother, daughter, and friend, to promote those who build up and help others... help people see the potential they hold inside, reject negative and reflect more positive AND work on my golf and tennis games... laugh more, love more, and live every day to its fullest..
